The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. Generally, schools must have written permission from the parent (if under 18 years old) or eligible student (if over 18 years old) in order to release any information from a student's education record.
For Graduates of 2017 and later:

If the transcript cannot be sent electronically through Naviance, or must be mailed or picked up by the student, there is a $3.00 transcript processing fee. (Payable by Cash, Check, or Money Order.)
The Processing Fee is waived for current students and for students graduated within one (1) year of the request.
