It appears that March is definitely coming in like a lion, lets hope the lamb shows up soon!
We are collecting gently used college and Tallmadge spirit wear clothing for an upcoming sale on April 6th. All sizes are welcome! If you wish to donate there are boxes located in all the Tallmadge Schools and Rec Center. (please no ripped or stained items, thank you!)
Thank you to those that provided cookies for the 8th grade parents and students. They were gobbled up quickly!
If you would like to support the upcoming school levy please contact Superintendent Jeff Ferguson at the MEC building or any Board of Education member. This levy is needed because the state has withdrawn 2.5 million from our budget that we had been receiving. The money from the bond issue for the new Middle School Campus & Sports facility cannot be used by law to fill the gap. The Board of Ed. is not using threat tactis by eliminating bussing, cutting staff, etc., these things must be done in order to meet our budget for your child's education. If we want Tallmadge to grow in a positive way it must be done with excellent education being offered to our youth.
