Through a generous grant from the GPD Employees' Foundation, Tallmadge Middle School was able to purchase more than 450 books to use for Book Clubs. The original grant was for Virtual Book Clubs during a time when we were social distancing. These books and the discussions allowed students who were far apart to connect. It accomplished what we know - good literature brings people together. These titles continue to bring students together as they explore ideas and the world through books. If you are interested in starting your own book club or reading one of these titles, stop by the library to check them out.
