Beginning on Friday April 17, the Technology Department will be coming in to the High School from 10AM to 12PM to receive physically
damaged devices or a failure of hardware (broken screen, failed keyboard, etc) and issue replacements. If a parent/student has a physically damaged Chromebook please communicate that to your teacher and ask the teacher to reach out to the Technology Department. We will try to diagnose and troubleshoot first before scheduling a return.
The return process:
- We will be available for returns of physically
damaged Chromebooks for all buildings at the High School main entrance
on Fridays from 10:00-12:00 by appointment only.
- A table will be setup just inside the main
entrance with disinfecting wipes, the parent/student returning the damaged
Chromebook will be asked to thoroughly wipe down the Chromebook and power
adapter before placing in a bin for collection.
- A replacement Chromebook will be tested,
inventoried and issued.
