The Tallmadge City Schools Activity Fee Assistance Program is designed to help ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent students from participating in school athletics.
Assistance is made possible through a Lion's Club Donation and is based on demonstrated financial need and available funds. Families may request full or partial assistance with activity participation fees.
All information submitted through this application will be kept confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of determining eligibility for activity fee assistance.
