THS will host Admissions Representatives from Universities and Colleges throughout the fall months. Please log on to your Naviance account to view the an updated list of visiting colleges and register to attend. When you login to your Naviance account click on the Colleges tab.
College Information NIght
The following guidelines have been established to assist parents and their students in making on-campus college visitations:
1. Every effort should be made to visit campuses on Saturdays, holidays, and during vacation breaks.
2. An appointment should be made with the college admissions office and/or subject area personnel. This appointments should be verifiable, including date and persons involved in the visit.
3. If requests are made to visit during the school day, it is recommended that a parent attend with the student.
A. Parents must call to report their child off on the visitation day. They may leave a message any time prior to the visitation day.
B. The appointment may be confirmed by the high school.
C. The visitation form must be picked up in the Main office or printed off from above link prior to the visit and returned completed upon return to school
D. Successful completion of this procedure will allow a student to remain eligible for perfect attendance consideration in May.
4. A reasonable number of requests will be granted on a case-by- case basis.
