Dear Tallmadge Elementary Families,

First and foremost, we hope that everyone is safe and healthy. Beginning on Monday, May 18 through Friday, May 29 there will be two drop-boxes located at the entrance of Tallmadge Elementary (480 East Avenue). The first drop-box is clearly labeled for paper packets to be turned in. The second drop box is labeled for all Tallmadge Elementary books, this includes any specific classroom books, OTTER books or Dunbar/Munroe library books.

In addition, beginning on Wednesday, May 27 there will be designated days for the distribution of spring pictures, yearbooks (as long as they arrive in time for distribution) and medications. The distribution days have been separated by alphabet for safety reasons. The designated distribution days will be as follows;

Wednesday, May 27 from 8:00 am-4:00 pm those with the last name beginning with A through F.

Thursday, May 28 from 8:00 am-4:00 pm those with the last name beginning with G through M.

Friday, May 29 from 8:00 am-4:00 pm those with the last name beginning with N through Z.

On these days parents should plan to pull up to the entrance of Tallmadge elementary located at 480 East Ave. A staff member will come to your vehicle and ask for your child’s name, the staff member will then deliver spring pictures, yearbooks and medications to the backseat of your vehicle. For safety reasons we ask that all parents remain in their vehicle during distribution of materials. Please contact our office at 633-4515 with any questions.

Please note that students will keep their school-issued chromebook during the summer months.  Chromebooks will not be collected at this time.

Thank you and take care,
